About the Material
All our sculpture are made from Yakusugi cedar. Yakusugi refers to cedar trees that have survived for over a thousand years on Yakushima Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They are characterized by unique grain patterns, pleasant fragrance, high durability, and natural insect-repelling properties.
